From day one to a complete picture in five weeks

Plans

cosmos™ is not a data project. You start with the documents you already have, see your first blockers inside a week, and lead on a complete picture from week five.

Complete situational picture

Migrations, tool replacements, data projects

Priced on the shape of your organization, not per seat

Three things set the scope – and you can estimate all three before you speak to us. You get a concrete number in the strategy call.

01

Cut of the organization

How many Spaces and TargetLenses your structure needs: departments, markets, business units, ICPs.

02

People in the system

Leadership only, or the teams that own the initiatives and the numbers.

03

Integration depth

Which of the 160+ possible sources feed KPIs automatically, and which stay manual.

cosmos™ is built for teams of 30 people and up. A version for smaller teams is in development.

The timeline

From day one to a complete situational picture

Three phases, each with a clear result – and you can see where you stand from the first week.

Under a week to first impact – whatever your data looks like

No clean-up phase, no data warehouse, no migration. cosmos™ builds your first situational picture from three inputs, two of which are already sitting on your drive.

  • Required: onboarding questionnaire covering business model and segments, market and team structure, morning-dashboard priorities
  • Existing: positioning, ICP and personas, running initiatives, most important KPIs
  • Optional: pitch and sales decks, sales funnels / CJM, dashboard screenshots, tools (CRM, analytics), org chart

Out of that come three rings: who are we? (positioning, Brand DNA, market penetration), who are we speaking to? (target group, ICP, personas) and how do we do it, how is it going? (initiatives, KPIs, impact chains).

Gaps don't block you: every input is flagged as fact or assumption, so an assumption can hold the picture together until it is verified.

Within a week, cosmos™ names what your picture was hiding

Not more metrics. Contradictions – between what you claim, who you target, and what your teams are actually running.

  • Positioning outdated for DE
  • USP not differentiated
  • ICP defined too broadly
  • Buyer vs. user persona unclear
  • Personas don't match the positioning
  • Campaigns without an owner
  • KPIs don't match the target picture

Every signal carries an owner and a trackable action. That is the short path from signal to decision.

It gets louder before it gets quiet

Your Clarity Score – how complete the picture is – climbs steadily, then plateaus. The number of open signals climbs first, because visibility grows faster than anyone can resolve anything, and falls once your teams start working through them. A rising signal count in week two is the progress, not the problem.

  • Impact chains closed: touchpoints, key events and activities connected to the goal they serve.
  • KPIs connected: automatic where a source exists, manual where it doesn't – each in its own relevant timeframe.
  • Owners assigned: every initiative and every signal has a name against it.
  • Assumptions converted: day-0 assumptions get verified or replaced, and the Clarity Score moves with each one.
  • Yours to run: by the end of week five your team keeps the picture current without us in the room.

From here it is yours. The picture stays true because the people who own the goals keep it true – not because someone reports on it.

It depends on three things you can estimate yourself: how your organization is cut, how many people work in the system, and how deep the integrations go. You get a concrete number in the strategy call – not after a procurement round.
